ReplaceSynoSysRoot is use to replace @SYNO_SYSROOT@ identifier with
toolchain sysroot.

Add install-dev script to install cross-compiled production
...
Project can add SynoBuildConf/install-dev script and put all
cross-compiled files into $DebDevDir. Framework will copy those files
to toolchain sysroot. Other project can search those files with built-in
sysroot path in gcc.
