Pure Wayland System:

• Terminal Emulator: Foot
• compositor/WM: Sway or Wayfire
• GTK3 Editor: Geany
• App launcher: nwg-launchers
• WM bar: Waybar
• Serial(Alternative for PUTTY): GTKTerm
• Volume Control/Mixer: pulsemixer
• Photo Viewer: IMV
• Brightness Control - brightness_control
• Web Browser: Chromium(Ozone-Wayland) OR WPEwebkit+COG

For working GL(OpenGL, OpenGLESv1/2/3/4, and EGL) support and working VA-API, X11 libraries are still required for build time, but not necessarily for runtime. Installing X11 libraries also allows XWayland for packages unable to run on Wayland Turns out wrong VA-API driver was installed.
