Fixed incorrect HTML syntax in HTML templates for Vaadin dialogs.
...
The change is needed now because the new version of JSoup parses the
incorrect HTML differently.
In addition, changed CmsVaadinUtils.readAndLocalizeDesign(...) method to
fix templates like this automatically.
