mod_slotmem_shm: better comment on MPM WinNT specifics.
Also avoids registering a no-op cleanup for WinNT children. No functional changes. [Reverted by r1831868] git-svn-id: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/httpd/httpd/trunk@1826970 13f79535-47bb-0310-9956-ffa450edef68
