* tests/Makefile.am: Remove unit tests
* unit-tests/Makefile.am: New file with unit test rules
* unit-tests/*.c: Moved from tests/
* unit-tests/files: Moved from tests/
unit-tests/ is for library/API unit testing.
tests/ is for testing wget2 utility.
