hgy59 b34100397b Fix compilation of cross/fuse for arch ppc853x ...

- update fuse from 2.9.4 to 2.9.9 (fixes spk/sshfs and therefore spk/synocli-net for ppc843x)
- update of fuse fixes the build of spk/itools - except for powerpc (unsupported) and armv5 (fails to build)
- disable build of fuse examples (fail to compile for ppc853x only)
- fix license information (fuse libraries are LGPL 2.1)
- update spk/sshfs to show the correct information
- update spk/synocli-net to mention the update of fuse for sshfs
