So that MemcacheD hosts and ports other than `localhost` and `11211` can be used.
_Also_:
- Added `ctest --parallel` execution support
- Added tests for custom `MemcacheD` {host}:{port}
- Added tests for `AddTileConfig`/`AddTileMimeConfig`
