Lawrin Novitsky 7bc285cd5a CONCPP-6 The fix and the testcase
The connector wour throw on getParameterCount, if the query was w/out
parameters. Also, getParameterMetaData would not throw on closed PS.
Adding parameter metadata testsuite.
