Philipp Oeser 5d02aad093 Fix #151085: Grease Pencil keymap naming inconsistency ...

On deeper levels, everything about the Grease Pencil "Draw Mode" is
called "paint" internally. So is the keymap name ("Grease Pencil Paint
Mode"), which can be quite confusing.

User facing things (like the keymap names) shouldnt though?

This PR changes the keymap name from "Grease Pencil Paint Mode" >
"Grease Pencil Draw Mode".
