Description:             Adds a patch command to 4 places in the created 
                         Makefile to Fix C++ errors when using GCC >= 3.x.x
                         Note: This patch is used with 4 other patches which
                         are called by libplotter/Makefile which is created
                         after using this patch and running configure. You'll 
                         also need:
                         plotutils-2.4.1-g_write_cc_fix-1.patch
                         plotutils-2.4.1-n_write_cc_fix-1.patch
                         plotutils-2.4.1-z_write_cc_fix-1.patch
                         plotutils-2.4.1-i_rle_cc_fix-1.patch
